January’s Pinspired craft: Wooden Pallet Tray with Handles and Custom Initial

Inspiration taken from Shanty2Chic
Description: Make this 19″ wide, hand painted, wooden pallet tray to keep drinks or remotes on or to keep your plate steady. Multiple painting options. We will provide a variety of stains for a base coat (or if you prefer you can just use stain), and a variety of topcoat paints OR you can bring your own topcoat paint (suggest bringing one bottle of acrylic paint or spray paint if you want a specific color).
Power Tool ALERT! We will construct the trays on-site using a nail gun and drill, and you can choose to use an electric sander to give the tray a weathered look (so the stain peeks thru).
Project supplies include: 4 pre-cut 1X4″ boards, 2 pre-cut 1X3″ boards, 2 handles/screws, light/dark wood stain options, and/or a white/cream paint topcoat, custom template for one initial, and a custom template for a laurel to go around the letter.
